The fully encapsulating GTB gas\u2010tightsuit with anti mist double layered visor It is reusable andsuitable for emergency responders and in industrial applications such as HF alkylation facilities. It is manufactured from either a combination of Viton \/ Butyl \/ Viton or simply Viton laminate and comes with Bat wing Sleeves with Dual glove system and elasticated over sleeves and choice of either integral socks with outer splash guards or Detachable Hazmax FPA Boots. It comes with Ventilation points and can optionally be used with aAir line Pass thro system and can also be provided with Fall Arrest system and Equipment attachment points at an extra cost.<\/p>\n

    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION<\/h4>\n

    • Heavy duty 122cm (48\u201d) long gas tight zip, fitted to the right hand side of the suit – double flaps with a VELCRO\u00ae brad hook and loop fastener\u00a0are fitted to cover the teeth of the zip.<\/li>\n
    • Fixed or detachable Hazmax\u2122 FPA safety boots – Exclusive to Respirex, these boots are highly chemically resistant and are CE marked to EN ISO 20345:2004 and EN345-2:1996 or Integral socks with outer splash guards as an option.<\/li>\n
    • Dual glove system consisting of a\u00a0 chemically protective laminated inner glove bonded to an outer neoprene glove for mechanical protection.<\/li>\n
    • Gloves fitted using the Respirex Locking cuff or new SureLoc cuff mechanism, allowing the user to easily change the gloves when necessary.<\/li>\n
    • Seams are stitched and double taped.<\/li>\n
    • Rigid double layer visor permitting clear undistorted vision.<\/li>\n
    • Adjustable internal support belt enables wearers of varying sizes to use the suit comfortably.<\/li>\n
    • Exhalation valves ensure that the pressure change within the suit does not exceed one millibar in one minute.<\/li>\n
    • Optional pass-through fitted to enable supplementary air to be passed (via an airline) to the second-man attachment on the user\u2019s breathing apparatus.<\/li>\n
    • Leak-tightness test to EN464 prior to dispatch.<\/li>\n
    • Annual pressure test required.<\/li>\n
